This question is nearly impossible to answer. There are so many variables such as flooring types, cabinets, windows, doors, roofing material, etc, that can impact the cost of a house.
We have relationships with plan designers that can transfer your vision to paper. We are happy to review your plans and provide insight as well as budget recommendations.
We build single-family custom homes of any style.
The timeline for building a home varies depending on the complexity and size of the project. However, because we limit the amount of projects we take on, this allows us to personally oversee each project and schedule the project properly.
Once we receive a set of plans we can begin the estimation process. The first step is to review the plans with the client and discuss their preferred finishes. The plans are then forwarded to our trade partners and venders for review and estimating. Once we receive the quotes back from our trade partners and venders we can then review them along with allowance amounts to put together an accurate price to build your house.
We limit the amount of projects to a maximum of 4 to 5 at one time. This ensures your project will receive the attention required to be successful.
Occasionally we will have lots available to build on. If you are interested in a home and lot package, we may be able to help you with that. We have a relationship with a wonderful real estate agent that can help you find the perfect lot to build on if we don't have one available at that time.
