Our Story
My wife, Olivia and I have been married for over 26 years. We both grew up in Hernando County and have lived here the majority of our lives. I enjoyed a 20 year career with Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative and Olivia has been a teacher since graduating from USF. We've had the pleasure of raising 2 kids. Riley, who attends and plays soccer at West Point and Madalyn who is a Sophomore at Florida Gulf Coast University, majoring in Marketing. My passion for home building started in my early twenties when we had our first house built. From then on, we would spend weekends walking through homes under construction or touring models. While living in North Georgia for a couple years I built my own home and then took a position as a residential construction project manager. I truly enjoyed the entire process and decided to start my business here in our home town.
Our Team
Our team consists of myself my wife, Olivia and our amazing trade partners. This ensures that we will be working directly with our clients and subcontractors on every aspect of your project. We limit the amount of projects we commit to so we can ensure personal attention to our clients and their dream home. I will be your point of contact throughout the project. I am responsible for estimating the project, scope of work details, verifying selections, scheduling subcontractors and ensuring our construction standards are met. Olivia's responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, subcontractor insurance and workers comp documentation as well as the business financials. We work well as team and are committed to ensuring your project is a success!
Our Process
We are a completely custom builder. You are not locked into a certain floor plan, elevation design or design finishes. We are a cost plus builder. That means you pay what the subcontractors and suppliers charge for their work and materials plus an agreed upon percentage for us to navigate the permitting process, manage the construction process, manage the schedule. ensure the highest standards of quality, manage accounts payable and provide you with a home you can proud of. If there's a cost savings on materials or labor that savings goes directly back to you. We provide complete financial transparency from the initial estimate to project completion. This allows you to have control over your budget. You will see every invoice for your project and have the ability to make decisions accordingly.
